1. Familiar with the design specifications, construction and acceptance standards of various emirates in the United Arab Emirates, and European and American design specifications.
2. Proficient in drawing and calculation software such as CAD and HAP.
3. Five or more years of work experience, and have independently completed professional design and supervision of HVAC and water supply and drainage projects in public buildings, residential buildings, and industrial buildings.
4. Positive and correct work attitude and strong sense of time.
