We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Mechanical Engineer
with a strong background in MEP Consulting, specifically in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for villas and low-rise and Hight-rise buildings
Liaise with Dubai Municipality to obtain necessary approvals, including
DM approval
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience with Consultants in UAE is a must.
Experience working on villas is must.
DM approval and experience liaising with Dubai Municipality is Must.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Excellent communication and project management skills
