We are currently seeking a

M&E Procurement Engineer

with proven

UAE experience

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage and execute electrical works on-site with efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers for mechanical and electrical materials and equipment. Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine procurement requirements. Prepare and issue inquiries, obtain quotations, and conduct technical and commercial evaluations. Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors. Coordinate with engineering, project management, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase orders. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply chain issues. Support cost control and value engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement within the construction, MEP, or contracting industry. Strong knowledge of MEP materials, systems, and suppliers. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in procurement software and MS Office tools.
