Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Material Specification Specialist/Engineer/Manager located in Dubai. The role involves developing, analyzing, and managing material specifications to meet product and design requirements. Daily tasks include material handling, ensuring proper materials management, monitoring inventory control systems, optimizing supply chain processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain production quality. The position requires strong problem-solving skills to assess material performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to evaluate materials and make data-driven decisions Experience in material handling to ensure correct and efficient processes Proficiency in inventory control and managing material stock efficiently Expertise in materials management practices, including procurement and resource optimization Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred Familiarity with the decorative materials industry, production standards, or relevant software is advantageous Commitment to maintaining safety and environmental compliance 5yrs+ Experience
