We are currently recruiting for a Marketplace Executive to be based in our Dubai offices as part of the growth of the team! Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketplace inventory management strategy to guarantee stock availability across all platforms in all countries
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketplace sales and marketing strategy to maximize product visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales
  • Manage the end-to-end processes, including product listing optimization, inventory management, pricing strategy, and order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product listings, optimized for search and customer engagement
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Product Ads and Sponsored Brands Ads, to enhance product visibility and drive traffic
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales performance, traffic trends, conversion rates, and customer reviews, and use insights to make data-driven decisions
  • Implement strategies to ensure competitive pricing and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with policies, guidelines, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
  • Liaise with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with influencers and social media channels to promote products and increase brand awareness
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities (identify growth drivers like international expansion \xe2\x80\xa6)
Requirements:
  • +2/3 years track record of successfully managing and growing sales on Marketplaces, preferably in the UAE and Saudi Arabia market
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to test new things and fail fast
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus
