Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
Create and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Produce engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories) highlighting ongoing and completed construction projects, team culture, behind-the-scenes, safety practices, etc.
Monitor trends in the construction industry and social media, applying them to content and engagement tactics.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and marketing to capture project milestones.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role for at least 2 Years.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent content creation skills - photo, video, copywriting.
Experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, video editing software, 3D modeling
Knowledge or interest in the construction industry is a plus.
Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
