Media Now is looking for an enthusiastic and strategy-driven

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Monthly Campaign Plans:

Conceptualize creative social media campaigns every month based on brand goals, trends, and market insights. Ideate content buckets, campaign themes, and posting schedules in alignment with marketing strategies.

Platform Management:

Manage daily content schedules and postings on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. Coordinate with video production, design, and content teams to execute campaigns smoothly.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Track KPIs, growth metrics, and engagement rates. Prepare

monthly campaign reports

and performance reviews.

Case Study Documentation:

Keep up with emerging platform features, viral content, and competitor activity. Suggest new ideas and content formats to enhance audience engagement.

Requirements:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management. Strong experience in creating campaign plans and reporting. Good understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and digital marketing KPIs. Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills. Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. Creative mindset with the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
