Marketing Staff

member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel packages, tours, and services. Manage online and offline marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and promotional events. Create engaging content in English and Malayalam for social media, flyers, and advertisements. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to enhance brand visibility. Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to suggest new strategies. Assist in planning and organizing promotional roadshows, exhibitions, and tourism events. Track and report campaign performance, ensuring targets and ROI are achieved. Support the sales team by generating leads and contributing to customer engagement efforts.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism industry. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (mandatory). Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing tools, and basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop preferred). Creative thinker with the ability to plan and execute campaigns. Customer-oriented with strong presentation and networking skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
