, is seeking a proactive and multilingual

Public Relations Officer (PRO) & Marketing Executive

to join our team in Dubai. This role combines government liaison responsibilities with marketing and business development, offering candidates the opportunity to grow beyond traditional PRO duties. The right candidate will benefit from strong leads, structured support, and opportunities to generate better business outcomes. Fluency in

English, Hindi, and Malayalam

is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all

government-related services

, including: Company formation & trade license applications Visa and labor processing, including quota management Regulatory compliance and documentation Liaise with

UAE government entities

such as DED, MOHRE, RTA, Land Department, and Free Zone authorities (Dubai, RAK, Ajman). Ensure compliance with

UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and licensing requirements

. Collaborate with the

marketing and sales teams

to identify and pursue business opportunities. Work on

finding, nurturing, and converting quality leads

for business setup and consultancy services. Actively engage clients, explain processes clearly, and

upsell/cross-sell services

to maximize revenue potential. Support in executing

marketing campaigns, client engagement activities, and networking opportunities

to enhance GV Business Services' market presence.

Requirements

1-3 years of UAE experience as a PRO, preferably in a

business setup or consultancy firm

. Strong knowledge of

UAE labor law, immigration, mainland licensing, and Free Zone procedures

. Proven track record of successful dealings with UAE authorities. Strong

marketing, communication, and client relationship management skills

. Fluency in

English, Hindi, and Malayalam

is mandatory. Proactive, client-focused, and capable of supporting both

government services and business growth
