Soko HR Consultancies, a leading international recruitment firm based in Dubai, is looking for a dedicated
Marketing Assistant
to support our
HR Department
with a focus on the Ghanaian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and managing recruitment campaigns targeted at Ghanaian candidates
Develop culturally relevant content in
Ghanaian languages
for social media, job ads, and outreach
Support the HR team with communications, translations, and engagement strategies
Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting
Conduct research on Ghanaian labor markets and candidate trends
Requirements:
Fluency in at least one Ghanaian language is MANDATORY
(e.g., Twi, Fante, Ewe, Ga, Dagbani, or others)
Strong verbal and written English skills
Previous experience in marketing, communications, or HR (preferred)
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
