What You'll Do

As our Marketing & Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice and vision behind our brand. You'll craft campaigns, manage digital platforms, and spark engagement with urban explorers, eco-conscious customers, and tech-savvy partners.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement metrics Collaborate on creative assets and visual branding

Social Media Management

Own the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Create and schedule posts that reflect CityLockers' personality: smart, stylish, and sustainable Respond to comments, analyze engagement, and optimize performance

Partnership & Promotions

Coordinate influencer collaborations, community partnerships, and event marketing Track ROI and manage budgets for paid social campaigns

Reporting & Analytics

Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and HubSpot (or your pick!) Present actionable insights and adapt strategies to boost impact

Who You Are

A storyteller with flair and strategy in equal measure
3+ years experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
A creative mind with an eye for detail and design
Familiar with UAE markets and passionate about sustainability, tech, or urban living
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus!)
