As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a
Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
to spearhead performance-driven, creative marketing strategies that elevate our brands and convert audiences across channels.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact role for a
strategic, data-driven, and creatively led
marketing professional with a proven background in
digital and social media marketing
across eCommerce platforms. You will lead and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
You will collaborate with in-house teams, external agencies, and influencers to amplify brand voice, boost visibility, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Amazon DSP, Noon Ads
and retargeting campaigns
Drive ROAS through structured A/B testing, creative optimization, and audience segmentation
Oversee performance analytics and derive insights to guide spend and strategy
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Build and implement social media calendars aligned with product launches, brand storytelling, and engagement KPIs
Manage platform growth across
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn
Monitor trends, hashtags, and engagement techniques to boost brand resonance
Content Creation & Creative Direction
Work with content creators, photographers, and designers to produce
visually compelling ads, Reels, videos, carousels, and influencer campaigns
Develop brand-consistent messaging and campaign narratives across all channels
Lead ideation and execution of seasonal, promotional, and storytelling-based campaigns
Marketplace Marketing & Optimization
Manage marketing-related functions for
Amazon & Noon
, including SEO, product listings, keyword strategy, A+ content, and storefront updates
Run sponsored ad campaigns and measure their effectiveness through relevant KPIs
Influencer & Community Engagement
Identify, engage, and manage relevant
macro/micro influencers
in the region
Build and nurture community relationships through giveaways, collabs, and UGC strategies
Track campaign outcomes, including reach, engagement, and conversions
Email Marketing & CRM
Execute
email and SMS marketing campaigns
using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
Build customer segments and automate flows based on behavior, purchase history, and lifecycle stage
Customer Journey Mapping
Analyze user behavior across website, marketplaces, and social platforms
Optimize the customer funnel from awareness to purchase to loyalty
Improve conversion rates by resolving drop-off points and enhancing UX/UI
Analytics, Budgeting & Optimization
Track key metrics including CPA, CTR, Conversion Rates, LTV, CAC, and ROAS
Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets with a focus on
efficiency and ROI
Prepare monthly reports and performance reviews for internal stakeholders
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with
graphic designers, content teams, developers, and product teams
to align messaging and marketing initiatives
Liaise with retail partners and sales teams to ensure offline campaigns support broader digital goals
Trend Forecasting & Innovation
Stay ahead of industry trends: AI tools, TikTok content formats, short-form video, UGC, chatbots, etc.
Suggest experimental channels and A/B tests to fuel ongoing innovation in marketing strategy
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
5-7 years of progressive experience
in digital marketing and social media, preferably within eCommerce or retail sectors
Deep understanding of
UAE/GCC consumer behavior
and digital platform nuances
Hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads & YouTube Campaigns
Amazon/Noon Seller Central & Ad Consoles
Shopify, WooCommerce or similar CMS
Klaviyo, Mailchimp or other CRM tools
Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite
Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite
Proven ability to manage
large budgets
and deliver ROI
Exceptional
creativity
with a sharp eye for branding, design, and messaging
Strong copywriting, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work cross-functionally
