Job Overview:

H&S Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and creative

Marketing & Social Media Manager

to lead our digital presence and marketing initiatives across the Northern Emirates. The ideal candidate will possess strong real estate marketing acumen, a flair for content creation, and a strategic approach to social media growth and paid campaigns.

This role is best suited for someone who thinks outside the box, understands UAE's real estate landscape, and knows how to turn scrolls into leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation through Strategic Real Estate Marketing

Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns focused on off-plan projects across Sharjah, Ajman, and other Northern Emirates.

Social Media Management

Own and manage the brand's digital footprint across

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

, ensuring consistent growth in organic followers and engagement.

Paid Ads Management

Plan and manage targeted ad campaigns through

Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager

, optimizing for lead generation and ROI.Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and post compelling content--videos, reels, stories, and posts--that bring a fresh, creative edge to our marketing efforts.Stay updated with social trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to keep H&S ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

Content Creation

Trend Monitoring

Proven experience in real estate marketing within the UAE, ideally focused on off-plan lead generation Strong command of content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Hands-on experience with

TikTok Ads Manager

and

Meta Business Suite

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) A strong portfolio of social media content and campaigns In-depth understanding of

social media algorithms

across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) Possesses the

mindset of a social media influencer

--knows how to build an audience, trigger engagement, and stay relevant through trends Has a

daily content creation habit

and a knack for ideating, filming, and editing quick-turnaround videos/posts Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

Bonus Points If You:

Have worked with real estate brokerages or developers in the UAE Can confidently speak in front of a camera and direct others during video shoots Know how to spark engagement in both Arabic and English-speaking markets
