We are looking for a passionate and creative

Marketing & Social Media Manager

with strong experience in the

Food & Beverage industry

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage our brand presence across digital platforms, plan and execute marketing campaigns, and lead strategies that increase engagement, footfall, and brand awareness across our restaurant and cafe concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to F&B brands. Plan and manage digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer collaborations). Create and schedule social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Work closely with the photography, video, and design teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling. Manage PR activities, influencer gifting, and partnership programs. Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting ROI and key metrics. Support in brand development, product launches, and seasonal promotions. Oversee content production during shoots and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Coordinate with restaurant management teams for activations, offers, and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the F&B or hospitality sector.

Proven record in managing social media platforms and running paid campaigns. Strong understanding of restaurant marketing dynamics and content trends. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
