The Marketing / Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing initiatives, expanding client networks, and strengthening the market presence of the group's investment businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new clients, investors, and business opportunities across group companies.
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, proposals, and close deals.
Track sales pipeline and ensure consistent business inflow.
Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote group investments and services.
Oversee branding, advertising, and corporate communication activities.
Manage digital marketing channels (website, social media, email campaigns).
Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and pitch decks.
Organize exhibitions, networking events, and investor meetings.
Team & Performance Management
Set sales targets, KPIs, and marketing objectives.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
Coordinate with finance and operations teams for smooth execution.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify emerging market trends and investment opportunities.
Provide strategic recommendations to management for expansion and growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5-8 years
of experience in sales and marketing (investment, real estate, or holding company background preferred).
Strong understanding of the UAE market and client ecosystem.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
