Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Marketing Manager & Sales
professional with a strong background in social media campaigns, content creation, influencer collaborations, and lead generation--particularly within the
medical aesthetics sector
. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can drive brand visibility, attract clients, and enhance patient engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads
Plan, launch, and manage targeted
social media campaigns
across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and other relevant platforms
Create engaging and visually appealing
content
tailored to the aesthetics and wellness industry
Build and maintain partnerships with
influencers
and key opinion leaders to drive brand engagement
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and clinical goals
Oversee daily sales activities, maintain client relationships, and convert leads into appointments
Ensure adherence to industry compliance, branding standards, and UAE advertising regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in
medical aesthetics marketing and sales
within the UAE
Minimum 4 years in a marketing or digital sales role, preferably in healthcare or wellness
Strong understanding of
social media trends
, analytics tools, and ad platforms
Track record of generating leads and boosting client acquisition through content-driven campaigns
Creative thinker with strong copywriting, graphic design and visual storytelling skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus
