Building Materials Trading Company Hiring - Marketing & Sales Manager (Dubai)

Company Profile:

We are a trading company specializing in building materials, including construction boards and timber. Our business covers the entire UAE. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Position: Marketing & Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Business Coverage: Across the UAE

Nationality: Chinese, Indians, or Arab

Age Requirement: Under 35 years old

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new clients and maintain existing customer relationships; Handle sample delivery, quotations, and commercial follow-ups; Coordinate with drivers for delivery and payment collection; Track project progress and assist in achieving sales targets.
Job Requirements:

1. Must have experience in project contracting, management, procurement, or sales, with a solid understanding of EPC / main contractor operations;

2. Candidates with connections in project contracting or distributor networks are preferred;

3. Must hold a valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred);

4. Must hold a valid personal visa (minimum 3 months validity) -- 1-month probation, company visa provided upon confirmation.

Compensation & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 3,000-5,000 (depending on ability and experience) Commission: Higher than base salary, with no upper limit Growth: Fast-track promotion opportunities for high performers
