for the position of
Marketing & Sales Manager
. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement across retail outlets in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns to increase jewellery sales.
Plan and manage in-store promotions, events, and collaborations to attract customers.
Oversee social media marketing, digital advertising, and brand communication activities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a premium service experience.
Prepare periodic reports and suggest strategies for continuous growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE
in a
similar marketing or sales role
, preferably in
jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Creative thinker with a good understanding of marketing trends and retail strategies.
Ability to manage campaigns and meet sales goals efficiently.
