Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Supervisor with a strong background in digital marketing to join our team. This role involves overseeing and optimizing marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing strategies. You will lead the marketing operations team to support the overall business objectives through data-driven insights, process improvements, and the seamless execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, email, paid search, SEO). Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals. Oversee marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics. Track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations. Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing operations team to maximize productivity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on marketing operations. Strong understanding of marketing technologies, CRM systems, and automation tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
