Diet Cafe Nutrition Center, a leading healthy food and wellness brand in Doha, is seeking a dynamic and result-orientated

F&B Sales & Operations Supervisor

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across our key business segments--outside catering, monthly meal subscriptions, and slimming treatments--while ensuring operational excellence and superior client satisfaction.

This role requires a hands-on individual who combines strong sales acumen with operational discipline and the ability to manage on-ground catering functions. The successful candidate will act as the link between our clients, nutrition team, kitchen, and operations department to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain new business opportunities for catering services, corporate clients, and wellness programmes. Promote monthly meal subscriptions and slimming treatments to individual and corporate customers. Conduct sales visits, presentations, and client consultations to achieve revenue targets. Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service execution. Supervise on-site catering setups, logistics, and service standards. Ensure client satisfaction and handle feedback or service recovery professionally. Prepare quotations, event orders, and weekly performance reports. Support marketing campaigns and participate in promotional events.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B sales, catering operations, or hospitality management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance with a customer-orientated attitude. Ability to work flexible hours and handle on-site event supervision. A valid Qatar driving licence is an advantage.

Preferred Profile

Male candidate preferred due to operational and on-site supervisory requirements. Experience in healthy food concepts, diet meal plans, or wellness services is a strong advantage. Energetic, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
