What You'll Do

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for the Blue brand, covering product launches, corporate campaigns, and tactical communication
• Drive brand awareness, market share growth, customer loyalty, and positioning as a market leader
• Monitor consumer behavior, demographics, competitor activity, and market trends to inform strategy
• Lead brand activation and campaigns across multiple channels in coordination with agencies and internal teams
• Align digital strategies with integrated marketing initiatives to ensure consistency across platforms
• Establish performance measurement frameworks to track ROI and improve campaign effectiveness
• Enhance customer experience across retail and workshop touchpoints with unified branding strategies
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with KPIs for campaign attribution
• Lead, coach, and develop a lean and high-performing marketing team, ensuring measurable performance outcomes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications
• Strong background in advertising, branding, and customer-centric campaign delivery
• Proven experience working across multiple markets and integrated communication channels
• Ability to create strategic business proposals, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience in advertising agencies is a plus
