Description We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager-BTL to join our Luxury Goods & Jewelry company. As the Marketing Manager-BTL, you will be responsible for developing and executing below-the-line marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to create, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns that effectively target our high-end clientele. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of various promotional activities, such as events, collaborations, partnerships, and public relations initiatives. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative marketing strategies to capitalize on them. Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development:* Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, considering the unique aspects of the gold and diamonds industry.
  • Channel Management:* Oversee and manage various channels including social media, website, WhatsApp, BTL (Below The Line) communications, ATL (Above The Line) communications, radio, and media buying.
  • Content Creation:* Direct the creation and production of high-quality content for different platforms, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and showcases the brand\'s unique offerings effectively.
  • Marketing Calendar Planning:* Develop and manage a marketing calendar, scheduling campaigns and promotional activities across different channels throughout the year.
  • Social Media Management:* Create, execute, and monitor social media strategies, ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and growth across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Website Management:* Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the brand\'s website, ensuring it reflects the brand identity, showcases products effectively, and provides a seamless user experience.
  • WhatsApp Communication:* Utilize WhatsApp as a marketing tool, ensuring it\'s used efficiently for customer engagement, support, and promotional activities while adhering to privacy regulations.
  • BTL and ATL Campaigns:* Plan, execute, and monitor both BTL (events, sponsorships, etc.) and ATL (advertising through TV, print, etc.) campaigns to maximize brand visibility and impact.
  • Radio Advertising:* Plan and execute radio campaigns to reach specific target demographics effectively.
  • Media Buying:* Manage relationships with media agencies, negotiate advertising space, and oversee media buying strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting:* Analyze campaign performance across all channels, generate reports, and derive insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns.
  • Budget Management:* Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different channels and campaigns.
  • Team Leadership:* Lead and motivate the marketing team, providing guidance, setting objectives, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve marketing goals.
  • Compliance and Regulations:* Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and data privacy laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury market and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Experience as a Marketing Manager-BTL in the luxury goods or jewelry industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve goals
