Overview of the role
Responsible for assisting in developing, maintaining and executing digital campaigns to maximise enquiries, sales, retention and loyalty as well as preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for Al-Futtaim Automotive.
The incumbent will be required to assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the below areas:
1. Become a subject matter expert to support the individual Automotive businesses / brands (in the UAE) with their Digital Marketing activities; with focus on improving marketing effectiveness, enhancing customer engagement, increasing opportunities, improving retention, and promoting Loyalty.
This would require the incumbent to work closely with the brands and agencies to uphold and maintain divisional standards/ goals / policies and highlight areas of concern, improvement, risk and the potential to leverage any divisions synergies that could essentially save costs.
2. Maintaining and growing the social media presence of the brands and exploring new social platforms and opportunities to reach current and prospect customers.
3. Handling the campaign launching process from briefing agencies to reviewing media plans and launching the campaigns on timely basis.
4. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) and prepare marketing reports and presentations as needed.

Digital Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Brand support
To support each of the brands in their own organic and paid media development.
To assist in driving digital marketing best practice within the organisation.
Uphold divisional policies and standards, ensuring alignment to group strategy.
To manage the use of digital media to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s product strategy.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Digital Media & Advertising
Assisting the CRO team in the Tagging, Tracking and Optimization of the divisions online Media / Advertising for all brands.
Maintain the relationship with the media agency with a focus on increasing media efficiencies and driving divisional wide best practice.
Support in end-to-end optimization testing process, including prioritization, requirements gathering, implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations.
Digital Campaign Planning, Analysis & Execution
Assist in briefing the media agencies of any new campaigns once requested from any of the brands and in line with the marketing calendar.
Follow up on the media plans and assist in optimizing the media plans with help from the Digital Marketing Manager.
Follow up on the campaigns go-live dates and make sure all campaigns are timely launched.
Analysis campaign outcomes in detail, using a variety of proprietary software applications. Draw insights and assist the Digital Marketing Manager in building presentations and proposals about it as needed.
