We are seeking a highly experienced
Marketing Lead Generation Specialist
whose primary responsibility will be acquiring clients for our real estate projects and investment opportunities. You will lead all digital marketing initiatives, conduct market research, and work closely with internal teams to enhance our marketing performance across all channels (digital, social, video, web).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads through targeted social media campaigns, email marketing, and engagement strategies.
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance (including SEO, SEM, PPC) and optimize for continuous improvement.
Create, maintain, and share digital marketing reports and analytics insights.
Manage and optimise the digital marketing budget for maximum ROI.
Produce engaging content daily--email blasts, SMS campaigns, images, video content--to promote the brand and digital presence.
Work hands-on with lead generation specifically for real estate projects.
Onboard and manage external marketing agencies for outsourced lead generation tasks.
Represent the company at networking events and open houses to promote services and generate leads.
Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager / Lead Generation Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, etc.).
Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
Proficient with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Creative mindset and ability to deliver innovative marketing strategies.
Prior experience in real estate industry is essential.
