We are currently working with a leading regional pharmaceutical company to recruit a Beauty Marketing Head, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You will be responsible for financial goals to achieve the business targets and growth plans and marketing budget allocation. Whilst developing marketing/operational plans, outlining, and designing key activities and marketing programs. This role is reporting into the Marketing Director and you will be managing a team of Brand Managers.
You must have OTC experience along with cosmetic/beauty/personal care/consumer health experience.
Company will provide visas for any candidates willing to relocate.

- Responsible for financial goals to achieve the company business targets and growth plans.
- Responsible for Marketing budget allocation and Management.
- Developing marketing plans, lead activities and marketing programs.
- Identify market trends, understand financial data and customer needs to define advanced planning and product positioning strategies.
- Creating tactical plans for key strategic markets/projects.
- Commercially drive growth.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and maintain strong relationships to support objectives.
- Must have OTC experience (over the counter).
- Must have Cosmetic/Beauty/Personal Care/Consumer Health experience.
- Product Management experience.
- Must be managing a team; marketing executives/brand managers.
- University degree in Business Marketing is required
- 6 years or more in Marketing/Product Management or Commercial.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic
- Client will provide visas for candidates willing to relocate to Saudi.
