Position: Sales & Marketing Head Qualification: BE \xe2\x80\x93 Mechanical Engineering Work Experience: 10 to 17 years (Exposure in sales and marketing in Oman, Qatar, UAE, middle east countries) Preferred Industry / Segment: Filtration Products, Oil & Gas. Work Location: RAKEZ Business Zone, Business Center \xe2\x80\x93 4, Ras-Al-Khaimah, UAE Salary per month \xe2\x80\x93 up to 25k AED Joining \xe2\x80\x93 within 1 month Key Responsibilities \xc3\x98 Own the overall revenue responsibilities for demand generation and sales. \xc3\x98 Lead the sales team as well as the team managed through vendors to deliver M.O.M. growth by implementing the right sales strategies \xc3\x98 Identifying key growth levers and building right set of sales processes to improve inside sales team productivity levels and efficiency to drive performance matrices through right set of inputs. \xc3\x98 Inspire and foster a high-performing sales culture \xc3\x98 Collaborate with other business functions to develop a sales strategy for enhancing the category growth \xc3\x98 Generation of market and customer insights for cross functional teams for continuous improvement in product positioning and service offerings to drive customer engagement \xc3\x98 Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead a high-calibre team across Demand Generation and Inside Sales. \xc3\x98 Work closely with the Executive Team to align on quarterly milestones and revenue targets. \xc3\x98 Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase demand generation and sales \xc3\x98 Use communication and collaboration tools to provide a high level of visibility and transparency around KPIs and results to executives and other teams. \xc3\x98 Provide line management for all direct reports and complete monthly, quarterly and annual sales reviews \xc3\x98 Proactively present succinct, data driven and logic-based recommendations to the Executive Team. \xc3\x98 Researching demand for our products and services and doing extensive Competitors research and Compiling lists describing our offerings. \xc3\x98 Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction. \xc3\x98 Identifying potential customers and Developing promotions with advertising managers. \xc3\x98 Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections. \xc3\x98 Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events. \xc3\x98 Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts \xc3\x98 Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
