Job Summary:

The Marketing Expert will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns--combining digital, social, email, and traditional media--to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content, and email marketing) while maintaining a solid understanding of traditional marketing principles (branding, PR, events, and offline promotions).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Leadership (Primary Focus)

Develop and execute performance-driven digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic ads). Optimize SEO & content marketing strategies to improve organic visibility and engagement. Manage social media strategy, including influencer collaborations, community engagement, and viral content creation. Oversee email/SMS marketing automation, segmentation, and personalized customer journeys.
2. Traditional & Offline Marketing (Secondary Focus)

Assist in brand positioning, PR, and media relations (TV, radio, print, outdoor ads). Plan and execute event marketing, trade shows, and experiential activations. Collaborate with sales teams on B2B & B2C promotional strategies.
3. Data-Driven Strategy & Analytics

Track KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, CAC) and optimize campaigns in real time. Use Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms to measure success. Present insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage external agencies (media buyers, designers, SEO specialists) when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

? 3+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years focused on digital marketing (agency or in-house).

? Proven success in running paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, email marketing, and social media growth.

? Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Power BI).

? Strong understanding of branding, customer journey mapping, and offline marketing tactics.

? Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
