Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Content Creation & Optimization:
Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging content that aligns with marketing strategies, and optimize it for SEO to improve online visibility.
Website Development & Maintenance:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications with a focus on functionality, performance, and user experience.
Traffic & Performance Monitoring:
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data.
Collaborative Development & Troubleshooting:
Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and deliver high-quality web solutions that meet both technical and business needs.
SEO & SEM:
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to drive organic traffic, while also optimizing paid search campaigns for maximum ROI.
Security & Usability Testing:
Ensure the security of the websites, conduct regular testing, and implement improvements based on feedback and testing results.
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's online presence through various social media platforms.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and web development to continuously improve campaigns and website performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and website development (Freshers are welcome).
Strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, and experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.
Excellent communication, creative, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
