Digital Marketing Expert

who specializes in the

real estate sector

to join our in-house marketing team. If you are passionate about real estate marketing, have a proven track record in lead generation through

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

strategic digital marketing campaigns

for various real estate projects (residential, commercial, and off-plan properties)

Generate qualified leads

through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Manage and optimize

paid ad campaigns

across

Meta Ads

(Facebook/Instagram),

Google Ads

, and

LinkedIn Ads

Enhance website

SEO

to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to property listings Create high-impact content and visuals to promote real estate listings and company services

Analyze campaign performance

and use data-driven insights to improve lead generation strategies Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals Stay updated on the latest

digital marketing trends

and

real estate market trends

to keep campaigns fresh and innovative

Who We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in

digital marketing

within the

real estate industry

(minimum 2-3 years) Expertise in

Meta Ads

(Facebook/Instagram),

Google Ads

, and

SEO

to drive traffic and generate leads Strong knowledge of

social media advertising

and

lead generation

techniques Experience with

content creation

for real estate campaigns and property listings Strong

analytical skills

to track, measure, and optimize campaigns for lead generation Ability to collaborate with teams and deliver impactful results

Creative mindset

with a focus on results and lead generation

Fluency in English

(Arabic is a plus)
