Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance the restaurant's brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase sales and profitability. This role bridges the gap between the restaurant's culinary identity and its target audience, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan and budget.
  • Define target audiences and tailor marketing strategies to engage them effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Manage all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), creating engaging content, running campaigns, and growing the online community.
  • Oversee the restaurant's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, event announcements).
  • Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor.
  • Promotions & Partnerships:
  • Conceptualize and promote special events (e.g., wine dinners, chef's tastings, holiday brunches).
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media to expand reach.
  • Create and manage promotional offers, loyalty programs, and collaborations.
  • Brand Management & PR:
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand's voice and visual identity.
  • Write press releases and build relationships with food critics and journalists to secure media coverage.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots for menus, promotions, and brand storytelling.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset.
