Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives, campaign activations, and vendor coordination. What You'll Do

• Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and internal team coordination
• Collect and analyze marketing data, prepare reports, and track performance metrics
• Manage approval processes to ensure materials align with brand guidelines
• Support planning and execution of on-ground marketing activations and events
• Coordinate logistics, event materials, and supplier requirements for campaigns
• Raise and track purchase orders for marketing activities, ensuring budget compliance
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and payment processing
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage invoice queries

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or an administrative support role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with marketing tools and reporting software is an advantage
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about the entertainment industry
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and activations
