We are looking for a Senior 3D Visualizer to join our Marketing division in Dubai, UAE. The Senior 3D Visualizer will collaborate with architects and design teams to produce high-quality 3D visuals, renderings, and presentations that showcase large-scale projects. This role requires advanced technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to bring architectural concepts to life through visual storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Interpret and transform architectural CAD drawings into compelling 3D models
• Develop 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and walk-through animations using 3D Studio Max
• Create photorealistic exterior, interior, and landscape visuals with V-Ray or Corona Renderer
• Convert CAD and other 3D modelling datasets into efficient models for rendering
• Perform post-production and compositing using Photoshop, After Effects, or Nuke
• Enhance animations and visuals with plug-ins and special effects software
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to ensure design intent is clearly communicated

Ideal Profile

• Technical Diploma from a recognized and accredited institution
• Proven expertise in 3D visualization, rendering, and animation
• Strong creative and artistic sensibility with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving ability
• Business acumen and results-driven mindset, able to perform under pressure
