Your Responsibilities As our Marketing Communication Senior Executive, you will report directly to our Content and Media Marketing Manager. Marketing and Communication
Collaborate in yearly communication planning
Homologation and adaptation of lead campaigns. support design of regional concept(s) accordingly
Ensure and support regional campaign implementation across the region
Support distributor markets by steering marketing and content topics for PC, CS and Vans.
Supervision and support for application of Mercedes-Benz AG guidelines and CI-Standards on all related marketing materials
Develop marketing and communication measures in line with a 360 degree product & customer life cycle focus
Contribute and organize regular exchange between internal, other internal departments and markets/general distributors to boost efficiency and alignment of activities
Set-up, maintain and enhance state-of-the-art communication channels and methods in field of responsibility
Lead and steer marketing content origination and adaptation with assigned lead agency and align with the media/reporting team when required
Participate in the region overseas and HQ content and campaign calls and alignments and provide feedback when needed.
Steer and align the creative and content team within the lead agency
Lead on content related topics when required with the customer journey/website team.
General Distributor Support
Lead on all content and campaign topics within GDs communication (presentations, newsletters..etc).
Proivide support and feedback on content and campaign topics for our markets
Ensure that the marketing portal is up-to-date with the altest assets and content from region overseas and HQ
Ensure preparation and participation in Quarterly GD reviews.
Provide regular updates to Management on regional Marketing Activities.
Prepare regular and Ad-hoc Marketing Presentations
Ensure sharing of best practices with HQ and other markets
Compliance & Business Integrity
Incorporate legal and corporate requirements and adopt products accordingly
Adhere to the Mercedes-Benz AG business policy and Integrity Code as well as to local MBGD company regulations
Promote and support knowledge by regular information and updates within the marketing department for compliant and transparent business handling
Participate in required/mandatory compliance and other related trainings
Qualifikationen
Your Profile
Knowledge of regional media channels and campaigns development
Creative thinking and photoshoots and content development/origination/adaptation skills are critical
Experience in working with Marketing Agencies preferred
