Assist in the development and enhancement of the Corporate Digital Strategy. Fully responsible for smooth execution of Digital Marketing initiatives designed to achieve increasing favourable opinion of ENOC and its businesses, spread awareness of ENOC Group, and turn more viewers to leads.
Principal Accountabilities
Support the Digital Manager on key areas of delivery: Web and Digital Management Social Media Management App Management Internal Portal Management Audit/Evaluation: Help Digital Manager to assess ENOC\'s digital landscape on a continuous basis in order to identify opportunities for improvement Support ENOC\'s stakeholders in optimizing their current digital footprint by reviewing initiatives, improving existing platforms and suggesting new ideas Assist in monitoring ENOC performance in order to keep track of ENOC\'s various digital Assess market trends in order to consistently build and optimize all ENOCs digital touchpoints Familiar with UX/UI design in order to continuously maintain user-journey throughout ENOCs websites Development, planning and execution: Assist Digital Manager to educate stakeholders across the company to encourage adoption of relevant Digital and Social media tools and incorporate them within the corporate culture as well as into all of the company\'s products and services Responsible for developing plans for all Social and Digital activities to be undertaken based on desired brand visibility marketing plans of various group companies Assist in developing Social and Digital Media content framework and strategy that is utilized to guide various stakeholders as to how to develop ENOCs online tone of voice and positioning Assist in developing Digital outreach programs in order to maximize ENOC\'s digital footprint in unconventional areas Work closely with Digital Manger to develop annual rollout road maps for execution of long term digital strategy On-going management: Completely responsible for the below\xe2\x80\xa6 Manage external Social and Digital agencies working with ENOC Manage Social and Digital media campaigns on a daily basis, which include content management, optimization of online budget, community outreach efforts, and promotional campaigns Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, CRM, email and Social Media advertising campaigns. Produce monthly analytical reports that cover group\'s online performance Develop Social Media content calendars on a monthly basis by integrating with PR, CSR, events and brand functions within ENOC Keep track of ENOCs social media platforms and websites in order to identify customer service opportunities such as customer complaints, franchise enquiries and overall queries Manage and maintain ENOC\'s various apps Maintain ENOC\'s internal Portal by ensuring various business units update their news section; increase internal engagement with portal
Additional Principal Accountabilities
Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing or public relations. Masters preferred. 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Marketing or Public Relations including demonstrable and extensive social media and online marketing experience. Experience in paid campaign management, as well as Social Media tools and reporting is an added advantage. Familiarity in Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing disciplines. Good interpersonal skills Proficiency in both the Arabic and English languages
