The Role
Role: The Marketing Assistant is responsible supporting the marketing, trade promotion, and sales activities, including execution and in-store delivery. Along with that they will be responsible to support with the production of POSM/displays, trade promotions, and field tracking agencies. This role reports to the Associate Sales Director \xe2\x80\x93 Middle East. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide competitor and current market updates quarterly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monthly reports to track performance across all online platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support with promoter activations/couponing - planning and coordinating with both customers and vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Gain knowledge of the product portfolio and take ownership of training of promoters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the Sales Director for Middle East in all marketing/sales-related matters.

Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Any graduate degree is suitable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 2-3 years of Marketing experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Listens to understand the leader\xe2\x80\x99s needs and turns those insights into actions and required tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2Demonstrate very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Is open-minded and demonstrate a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d approach. Is resourceful and inventive. \xe2\x80\xa2 Has excellent collaboration skills to lead multifunctional efforts and creates win-win solutions; leads work across organizational boundaries, externally and internally. \xe2\x80\xa2 Is flexible and adaptable. Manages ambiguity or lack of clarity with calm and adjust to fit with changing situations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and passion for excellence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Quick learner and team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Ideally someone with experience of working for an international and multi-cultural company \xe2\x80\xa2 Available to join immediately
