Position: Leisure Project Coordinator - 6 months contract (Full time #537470) Property / Office: Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Main Responsibilities:
Project Planning: develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Capture innovative ideas and create concepts aligned with MOHG vision and mission.
Use AGILE as a format to control processes and ensure step-by-step activation of projects.
Openly communicate, coordinate, and liaise with all department heads, corporate stakeholders and hotel colleagues to ensure cooperation.
Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering and Purchasing to align project objectives and ensure effective communication throughout the rollout process.
Performance Monitoring: make use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and impact of the new Resort Experiences and Lifestyle.
Continuous Improvement: give unfettered feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
Degree from Reputable Institution or Diploma in Hotel, Management.
At Least 3 Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in Sales/Customer Service Senior Role, Preferably in Hospitality or Event Management Industry.
Superior Sales and Interpersonal Skills.
Excellent Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Fluent Written/Spoken English.
