Clerk Calling Unit 6 Months Contract

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles outbound/inbound calls to the list of customers (150 - 200 calls a day)
  • Answers questions, queries, etc. and resolves issues or delays
  • Updates client information in the system.
  • Take and records new orders or new information provided by the customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Good typing speed and analytical skills
  • Candidates ready to work for 6 months contract
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
