AirHomes Holiday Homes is a leading holiday home management company in Dubai, offering end-to-end services from guest relations to marketing, housekeeping, and property maintenance. We are growing fast and are looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our team!

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Social Media Executive to take ownership of our brand visibility, lead generation, and online presence. You will be responsible for executing campaigns, growing our follower base, and creating compelling content that drives engagement and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute marketing and social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Create and manage content calendars, including reels, stories, posts, newsletters, and paid ads.

Monitor and grow social media engagement, followers, and conversion metrics

Run paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms

Collaborate with designers, photographers, and external vendors when needed

Analyze performance, generate reports, and optimize content and campaigns

Support marketing efforts for property listings and direct bookings

? Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing and social media (minimum 2 years preferred)

Strong content creation and copywriting skills

Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms

Knowledge of SEO, reels trends, and platform algorithms

Fluent in English

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience in real estate or hospitality is an advantage
