About the Role:
As a Marketing & Admissions Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for driving student enrollment and enhancing our institute's visibility. You will play a key role in connecting with prospective students and guiding them through their educational journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Enrollment: Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media, digital advertising, and strategic partnerships to increase student recruitment.
• Represent the Institute: Act as a brand ambassador at education fairs, webinars, seminars, and other promotional events.
• Student Journey Management: Conduct engaging student orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new enrollees.
• Market Insight: Utilize your understanding of student demographics (particularly within the Indian and broader expatriate communities) to tailor outreach efforts.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage admissions records, follow up on leads, and prepare reports using strong MS Office skills.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in creating and managing digital content, campaigns, and analytics to enhance online engagement and conversion.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Nationality: Indian National (preference due to student demographic focus)
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in student admissions and marketing within the UAE education sector.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and event management abilities
• Knowledge: Good understanding of UAE student demographics, education trends, and visa processes is a plus.
• Personality: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
