Pyramids Marine Services FZCO is seeking an experienced Marine Supervisor/Foreman with a strong background in marine electronics to oversee our marine operations and technical teams. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership capabilities to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate marine electronics installation, maintenance, and repair operations
Manage and lead technical teams in daily operations and project execution
Oversee navigation, communication, and electronic systems onboard vessels
Ensure all work complies with maritime regulations and safety standards
Conduct quality inspections and troubleshooting of marine electronic equipment
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project delivery
Prepare technical reports, work schedules, and progress updates
Train and mentor junior technicians and team members
Manage inventory and procurement of marine electronics equipment and spare parts
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marine electronics or maritime industry
Proven supervisory/foreman experience leading technical teams
Strong knowledge of marine navigation systems (GPS, radar, ECDIS, AIS)
Expertise in marine communication systems (VHF, GMDSS, satellite communications)
Understanding of vessel electrical and electronic systems
Relevant technical certifications in marine electronics or maritime operations
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
GMDSS General Operator Certificate
Experience with marine automation and control systems
Familiarity with classification society requirements (ABS, DNV, Lloyd's)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
