A leading international construction firm and a key contractor on the prestigious Dubai Metro Blue Line Project,

Requirements:

Minimum

15 years of experience

in civil construction, with a strong focus on

railway or metro infrastructure

. Previous involvement in

major civil works

such as viaducts, elevated tracks, cut-and-cover tunnels, or station construction is

essential

. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Experience in RTA projects in Dubai/UAE Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple work fronts. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. Strong communication and reporting skills; ability to interface with engineers, consultants, and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site civil construction activities including earthworks, foundations, viaducts, tunnels, stations, and ancillary structures. Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and site logistics in coordination with the Construction and Project Managers. Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports, inspections, and documentation. Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and liaise with engineering and planning teams. Uphold and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
