Safe and Efficient transportation of project goods
Constructive cooperation and coordination with other departments
Coordinate between customs/transport companies/ company transport department/project departments/subcontractors and suppliers
Make sure goods are loaded and properly secured on a safe and efficient way.
Reports to Project Logistics manger regarding transported goods and quantities, planning & issues
Planning of project storage site and schedule for upcoming project activities
Maximize load ability of different transport modules
Promote improvement initiatives with regards to the safety of logistics units and operations within the parameters of the Company H.S.E. policy.
Actively foster a working team approach within the Project team and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
To ensure conformity with all Company and legislative safety directives and rules relative to Company logistics activities.
Assist with audits / inspections of contractors / vessels / facilities and follow up on technical and operations audit action plan items for completion.
Monitor the technical status of operations conformity with the Company Management System and industry best practices.
Audit the application of technical specifications defined in the contract.
Monitor the progress of corrective action plans issued by Contractors and Company.
Work in compliance with HSE regulations;
Use any equipment, protective devices or clothing required by the employer;
Tell the employer or supervisor about any known missing or defective equipment or protective device that may be dangerous;
Report any known workplace hazard or violation of the Act to the employer or supervisor;
Not remove or make ineffective any protective device required by the employer or by the regulations.
Graduate in relevant field or equivalent
Certifications and relevant trainings are advantage.

Salary: From AED14,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
Marine logistics officer: 5 years (Required)
