Meet customer timeline with adequate delivery of services with effective cost control & safety
Movements all marine units (vessels & barges).
Vessels control and follow up operations.
Vessels status / Readiness for sailing.
Liaise with vessels captain 24/7
Liaise with marine agency for UAE ports immigration requirements
Monitoring vessels traffic control
Liaise with projects managers in order to meet their requirements and demand
Liaise with crewing department for vessels recruitment requirements
Monitoring vessels time sheet (ON/OFF HIRE) for the chartered vessels
Issuing vessels allocation ship at end of every month
Issuing time sheet FOR charter vessels To be invoiced to the charter
Issuing activity sheet for logistics projects
Collecting and processing voyage documents and arranging fueling and watering of units
Responsible for providing the units with the required marine and salon consumables
Ensure that safety of the units and crew are properly maintained
Preparing the units for surveys required by the administrations and classes
Review masters reports and completion of bridge and chief officer\'s logbooks and issue the necessary recommendation
Ensuring that the vessel\'s masters are keeping documents, certificates files and drawings which are required to the vessels
Responsible for purchasing the navigation publication and charts necessary for subsidiary Vessels
Timely raising of Purchase Requisitions related to contracts in accordance with the Contract Purchasing Procedure
Is responsible for the preparation and execution of training programs, of vessels\' crew, in accordance with the national and international requirements in subsidiary vessels
Defining training needs for vessels crews
Provides the training activities with training aids
Deputize of Port Captain when absent
Salary: From AED22,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
Offshore and sea service: 10 years (Required)
