Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Marble Production Supervisor

with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in the marble and stone industry. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the production facility, ensuring product quality, supervising workers, and coordinating with project and design teams to meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the marble and stone cutting factory. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met efficiently. Monitor and control the use of machinery such as bridge saws, waterjet machines, CNC routers, and polishing lines. Plan cutting schedules and job allocations based on project requirements. Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams to ensure correct execution of cutting lists and client specifications. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; enforce health & safety regulations. Train, lead, and manage production workers, including operators and fabricators. Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure machines are serviced regularly. Maintain production reports, logs, and documentation accurately.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

in marble and stone production or factory supervision. Strong knowledge of marble types, cutting techniques, finishing processes, and machinery operation. Experience in managing factory labor, schedules, and materials. Ability to read and interpret cutting lists, architectural drawings, and technical specs. Familiarity with production planning software and inventory systems. Good communication and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Prior experience working in a marble factory in the UAE or GCC.
