to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure product quality, manage staff performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production lines and daily factory activities
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance/training
Coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, warehouse, and other departments
Prepare daily reports, checklists and support production planning
Make daily internal transfers inside the Factory by using PC
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in food manufacturing)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Computer skills.
