Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a joinery or wood manufacturing environment
Review and verify cutting lists to ensure accurate material usage and minimal waste.
Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and machines
Read and interpret technical drawings and joinery details
Supervise and coordinate daily joinery production activities
Oversee production schedules, staffing, and output to meet deadlines
Ensure high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and safety
