This position will be responsible for the Sales of FHT products of the Business. Incumbent will be expected to drive revenues, margins and innovation for the category working closely with direct and indirect stakeholders. Incumbent is expected to manage and influence both internal and external customers. The Technical and Commercial functions will report to this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, develop and capture new business opportunities for assigned products specifically targeted at B2B customers such as food manufacturers and culinary food producers across the region. The key driver of revenues will be through B to B & Food Service Channels.
Provide market intelligence, direction to R&D team on library creation and be part of the Functional
Provide insights on Flour and Taste Systems business core team in developing business strategy.
Engage and develop relationship with key customers across the region.
Acts as technical representative to the customer during the initial contact.
Strategically plan how to approach and convince potential new customers.
Develop proposals alongside sales and R&D.
Meet and deliver annual sales and margin budgets for the business segment.
Forecast and manage the sales pipeline for the business covering client contact/sampling or product approval /Pricing approval/Prototype submission and contracting.
Provide competitor analysis and intelligence on seasonings business in the region

Ensure that appropriate resources are provided to fulfill the company HSE policy and display visible commitment in leading the organization towards achieving its desired HSE objectives and targets through active involvement in all aspects of the system

Work experience requirement
10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an international role.
Experience in a Flour based ingredients segment is necessary.
Experience in UAE / GCC region and Levant is an advantage.
Export Sales Management experience is necessary
Experience in developing Distributors is an advantage
Qualification
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in (Food sciences) or Business Administration from a reputed university.
