Job Description

Talents Tide is supporting one of its clients in the search for an experienced Manager - Training to lead the design, delivery, and management of learning and development programs that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance. This role plays a key strategic part in supporting organizational objectives through effective training interventions and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement training and development programs aligned with business and talent strategies
Conduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps
Develop and manage the annual training plan, calendar, and budget
Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs
Partner with external training vendors and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI
Coach and support managers and leaders in developing their teams
Measure training impact through KPIs, dashboards, surveys, and reports
Lead onboarding and employee orientation programs
Leverage LMS, e-learning platforms, and learning technologies
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
Drive employee engagement through learning and development initiatives

Training plan, budget, and calendar delivery
Training effectiveness and return on investment
Participation and completion rates
Employee engagement and feedback scores
Organizational capability improvement
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (Masters preferred)
4-6 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role
