We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Procurement Manager

to oversee and manage all procurement and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of sourcing construction-related materials, vendor management, and contract negotiation. You will ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify reliable suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, and services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure advantageous deals. Manage the procurement team, assigning tasks and supervising performance. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand for materials and equipment. Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any supply issues or disputes. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, savings, and supplier evaluations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Strong background in the construction or engineering sector is preferred. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of UAE/local market suppliers, materials, and logistics. Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPM) is an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Multilingual skills are a plus.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
