Our client is looking for a Manager, Procurement and Contracts to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates to leas the end to end procurement operations and contract management. Key Responsibilities will Include: Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings and operational efficiency. Manage the full procurement lifecycle including sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, and contracting. Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of contracts in line with legal and regulatory standards. Establish strong supplier and vendor relationships to maximize value and minimize risk. Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring favorable commercial terms and compliance. Conduct cost-benefit analysis, spend assessments, and procurement risk evaluations. Ensure procurement activities align with internal policies, sustainability goals, and compliance frameworks. Monitor supplier performance using SLAs and KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Utilize ERP systems and data analytics to streamline procurement processes and reporting. Resolve procurement-related disputes and ensure smooth contract lifecycle management. Who we're looking for: Must have a bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field. Must have 8 years of experience in procurement and contracts management. Proficiency in ERP procurement modules and procurement automation tools. Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of legal, regulatory and compliance requirements in procurement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
